We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent!
What you will be doing:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of Marston Holdings, handling inbound and outbound customer contacts with professionalism and empathy. Your role will be vital in ensuring compliance with regulations and providing fair, efficient, and effective service. You will:
Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
Gather and record accurate customer information, using our specialised systems.
Resolve customer inquiries, disputes, and concerns, while maintaining a calm and positive approach.
Negotiate payment plans and support customers in line with company guidelines.
Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.
This is a full-time role based in our Helmshore office.

What we are looking for:
We need a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you’re positive, self-motivated, and have the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy, we want to hear from you!
You should have:
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and concisely.
A knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Good IT skills and familiarity with MS Office and customer databases.
The ability to recognise vulnerability and respond appropriately, following company policies.
