We anticipate what our customers need, chart a course for their success, and walk alongside them every step of the way.Primary Responsibilities:Engage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clientsLead Microsoft architecture and design new solutionsLead capacity planning, logical and physical architecture design, hardware requirements definition, availability and continuity discussionsLead technology assessments and health checksAssist in communicating Microsoft program strategy and success to executive managementInstallation, Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of Microsoft solutionsDevelop and perform testing for Microsoft solutionsProvide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessaryMaintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLCTroubleshoot and maintain Microsoft solutions including product supportRemain current on Microsoft and Cloud market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practicesFocus on AD migration, AD consolidation, and Azure/M365 setup.Any experience with Quest On Demand Migration Tool is a plus.General Business Responsibilities:Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risksPossess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsAbility to work in a team settings and multi-task environmentAuthor technical documentationPerform other duties as assigned Additional Information IDMWORKS is a forward-thinking company dedicated to providing top-tier identity and access management solutions.
