Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Workflow Systems Analyst to join our Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing critical workflow tooling at scale, enabling our teams to deliver high-quality software experiences through exceptional engineering practices, green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement.Your expertise will help us provide valuable insights and education to our stakeholders, driving business outcomes and growth. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop critical workflow tooling at scale, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize workflow initiatives, driving business outcomes and growth * Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and progress towards goals, providing actionable insights to stakeholders * Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, informing business decisions and driving process improvements * Work closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to develop and refine data visualization strategies, ensuring effective communication of insights and results * Iterate on dashboard design and development, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and driving continuous improvement * Characterize the current state of our workflow, profiling complex systems, documenting them, and identifying areas for improvement * Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, ensuring effective communication of insights and results Essential Qualifications * 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, with a strong background in data visualization and analytics * Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) * Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, driving business outcomes and growth * Advanced Tableau developer skills, with experience in developing and maintaining complex dashboards * Proficiency in SQL, with experience in aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field, with a strong foundation in data analysis and visualization Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development * Experience in software development, including information construct pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport * Product ownership experience, with a strong understanding of key performance indicators and metrics * Project management experience, with a proven track record of driving efforts and delivering concrete results through analytics Benefits As an arenaflex employee, you'll have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Comprehensive medical and dental coverage * Retirement savings plan * Various discounted products and services * Free education and training opportunities to advance your career * Eligibility for discretionary bonuses and stock awards * Opportunity to become an arenaflex shareholder through our employee stock purchase plan Work Environment and Culture arenaflex is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, where everyone feels valued and supported.Our company culture values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, providing a dynamic and supportive environment for our employees to grow and thrive.
