We’re looking for an experienced SEO / PPC Specialist who is both analytical and creative, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and is passionate about driving real performance for clients.

Please note: This is a remote position, but all applicants must currently reside in New Jersey. Applications from outside NJ will not be considered.

Position Overview

The SEO / PPC Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, managing search engine optimization and paid advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role requires hands-on expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering consistent results.

You’ll work closely with account managers, designers, and content teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and Creative Click Media’s performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for local, regional, and national clients
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits
• Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure
• Collaborate with content and web design teams to implement SEO best practices
• Manage and improve local SEO efforts (Google Business Profiles, citations, reviews)
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms
• Stay current with algorithm updates and industry trends
• Provide clear SEO performance reporting and insights to internal teams and clients

PPC Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting
• Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences
• Track conversions and ensure accurate setup via Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Analyze performance data and make strategic recommendations
• Prepare detailed monthly reports explaining performance, trends, and next steps

Required Qualifications
• Must reside in New Jersey
• 2-4+ years of hands-on SEO and PPC experience (agency experience preferred)
• Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts with measurable results
• Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and local SEO
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace

Preferred Qualifications
• Google Ads Certification(s)
• Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO platforms
• Familiarity with WordPress, CMS platforms, and basic HTML
• Experience working with service-based businesses and local markets
• Understanding of CRO and landing page optimization
