This is a remote position.Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Dubai Time)Includes a 1-hour unpaid breakWeekly Hours: 40 hoursOur client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Alliance Manager to own and expand their strategic relationship with Microsoft’s Partner and Sales ecosystem across the UK and Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar). You will serve as the primary liaison between the company and Microsoft Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Account Executives (AEs), Cloud Solution Architects (CSAs), and Marketplace teams.Your mission: Accelerate revenue growth by executing a world-class Microsoft co-sell strategy, driving marketplace engagement, and aligning offers with Microsoft’s go-to-market (GTM) priorities.Responsibilities:1. Microsoft Co-Sell EngagementOwn the co-sell motion across the UK and Middle East regionsBuild and nurture relationships with Microsoft PDMs, AEs, and CSAsEnsure Onyx offers help Microsoft sellers meet Azure quota targetsOrganize and lead joint pipeline reviews, account mapping, and co-sell forecasting2. Partner Center & Offer ManagementManage co-sell readiness for consulting services and IP-based offersPublish and optimize listings in Azure Marketplace and AppSourceMonitor and manage deal registrations, Partner Center referrals, and ECIF/AMMP processesOwn Marketplace Rewards engagement and reporting3. Campaign & GTM AlignmentCoordinate with internal marketing to align with Microsoft regional campaigns (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Fabric, AI in Government)Represent Onyx at Microsoft-led partner events, executive briefings, and joint webinarsWork with technical teams to ensure delivery readiness is aligned with Microsoft’s solution playsRequirements:3+ years managing strategic partnerships within the Microsoft ecosystemDeep understanding of Microsoft Partner Center, Co-Sell Program, and Azure MarketplaceFamiliarity with ECIF, Azure Migrate & Modernize, and other Microsoft funding programsStrong commercial acumen and ability to align partner activities with revenue goalsExcellent relationship-building skills across sales, technical, and marketing teamsNice to Have:Experience in Data & AI or cloud infrastructure deliveryCandidates based in other Microsoft regional hubs will be consideredIndependent Contractor Perks:HMO coverage available in eligible locationsPermanent work-from-home arrangementImmediate hiringSteady freelance engagementZR_24032_JOBOriginally posted on Himalayas
