Anime/animal Live Stream Character Design - Contract to Hire

I am looking to start live streaming this summer. My biggest concern is wanting to stay faceless/my personal life anonymous. I have another full time job in the mental health field that I want to make sure I keep separate to the best of my ability. I love my job but I want to dive into streaming since it's been a dream/hobby of mine since I was a kid. To fix it, I am looking for my stream character to be created. I'm still deciding on a lot of things surrounding my overall stream character/vibe. I would love someone who can take an idea and "run with it". I want to hear any and all ideas that you have with the concept/ideas I have as of now which will be listed below. As I said I wouldn't start until this summer because I move to a new apartment. I am a huge anime fan and love Jujitsu Kaisen. More specifically Gojo :) I also am a huge fan of sea lions. I think they are one of the greatest animals to exist as they match my personality lol. I would like to center stream alerts/notifications around the two along with the main character. In my head I imagine a sea lion with the whiskers as white as his hair. The sea lion would have his hair as well. I would love for him to possibly have Gojo's eyes, but also I want him to have his blindfold and sunglasses as a design as well. I would want to interchange them while I'm streaming/incorporate them into the stream. From there I'm not sure what else I am wanting.

I am very anxious about committing to this but I have finally made the decision and want to. I would love to find someone for long term and willing to work with someone who may not know much about streaming/this kind of work as of right now. I will continue to teach myself but I am willing to learn. I am a patient and open-minded person who's ready to dive head first
