Key Responsibilities:
Product Planning & Selection Assist in selecting and sourcing products based on market trends, customer preferences, and company goals.Inventory Management Monitor stock levels, ensure optimal inventory, and prevent overstock or shortages.Supplier & Vendor Coordination Negotiate with suppliers for better pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.Sales & Performance Analysis Track sales data, analyze product performance, and recommend improvements.Store & Display Management Ensure that products are well-displayed and attractively presented in stores or online platforms.Market Research Stay updated on competitors, industry trends, and consumer behavior to refine merchandising strategies.Promotion & Pricing Strategy Work with marketing teams to plan discounts, sales campaigns, and promotional events.Collaboration with Teams Coordinate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of merchandising plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in merchandising, retail, or supply chain management.Strong analytical and negotiation skills.Good understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
