Write and post technical job descriptions on relevant platforms.
Source potential candidates from niche job boards, social media, and other channels.
Candidate Screening:
Review resumes and screen candidates based on specialized technical skills.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Provide timely feedback to candidates.
Relationship Building:
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers.
Understand staffing needs and collaborate on recruitment plans.
Process Improvement:
Offer new ideas and strategies to enhance our recruitment process.
Continuously improve sourcing and selection methods.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience as a recruiter is essential.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., engineers, technicians, machine operators).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
