Role and Responsibilities: Being a Merchandise Associate requires you to contribute to the smooth operation of the store, from assisting customers to maintaining a well-organized sales floor. • Perform all financial transactions at the designated cash register. • Preserve the security of cash reserves and shield all company assets from potential harm. • Provide exceptional customer support. • Keep a positive and amiable demeanor when interacting with clients, colleagues, and managers. • Receive products and aid in the unloading of transportation vehicles. • Carry out tasks with safety in mind, making sure to uphold and abide by all operational procedures and protocols. Required Skills and Experience: • Proficient math skills are necessary to ensure the precise and meticulous handling of cash accounting duties. • Refining oral communication skills for more impactful customer interactions. • Exhibiting a strong commitment to ethical behavior and honesty, especially when managing cash responsibilities.
