About the Role As a Bills Chief at blithequark, you'll be responsible for setting the vision for growth through charge innovation and strategic fee partnerships in North LATAM. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Product, Legal, Analysts, and Data Scientists to drive business performance and evolve to a broader set of charge competencies. Your expertise will help us improve the performance of existing charge techniques, evaluate new payment methods, and drive high-quality-in-class charge performance and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Employ blithequark's bills infrastructure to improve the performance of existing charge techniques and evaluate new payment methods that prove to have incremental cost Seek out innovation within the bills domain by considering customer's wishes, applicable regulatory and technological developments that would have an effect on blithequark's technique to bills in the quick-time period vs. the long-term Work alongside the Partnerships Team on handling relationships with economic establishments, card schemes, and fintechs to drive nice-in-elegance fee overall performance and innovation Own key fee metrics on your markets and derive actionable insights into improving the experience for our clients, enhancing performance, and making sure green fee systems Partner pass-functionally throughout the organisation (Product, Engineering, Customer Support, Legal, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to get matters achieved - whether or not that be optimization or market expansion and launching capabilities and merchandise with the intention to power increase in our business qualifications Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 3+ years experience dealing with very huge CNP/Recurring Payments, either from a service provider, company or acquirer attitude Deep understanding of bills technology relevant to Mexico, Colombia, and Peru Rather analytical with the potential to use data to make decisions Deep experience in partnering and negotiating with fee partners Robust verbal and written communication abilities Impeccable judgment and integrity; potential to make key selections speedy and autonomously Current network of relationships throughout the LATAM bills environment Ability to juggle a couple of critical tasks concurrently Preferred Qualifications To take your application to the next level, you'll also need: Bachelor's diploma; MBA a plus Extra languages a plus Willingness to travel as needed throughout LATAM and the U.S What We Offer At blithequark, we value integrity, excellence, respect, inclusivity, and collaboration.
