Strong knowledge and understanding of virtual assistant practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide guidance and support to individuals at different stages of their virtual assistant journey

Comfortable utilizing technology and digital tools for mentoring and communication purposes
Willingness to collaborate with other mentors and actively participate in community initiatives
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple mentee relationships
