About Us We are a full-service title and appraisal company providing title insurance, appraisal services, and 1031 exchange solutions throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We are relationship-driven, growth-focused, and committed to delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality closings for our clients. We are seeking a high-performing Title Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through relationship-based sales, expand market penetration, and strengthen our presence across assigned territories.Must have a title producer's license and an active book of business. What You’ll Do • Originate new title insurance business and grow overall title revenue • Maintain and expand an existing book of business • Identify, cultivate, and manage referral relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, investors, developers, and other industry professionals • Conduct regular in-person meetings, office visits, and relationship check-ins with clients and referral partners • Promote our full suite of services, including title, appraisal, and 1031 exchange services, to increase client wallet share • Represent us professionally at all external functions • Attend and actively participate in industry networking events, trade shows, association meetings, and client-sponsored events • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients • Ensure service expectations are met or exceeded across all transactions • Strengthen long-term partnerships through consistent communication and follow-up • Collaborate with our internal title, escrow, appraisal, and exchange teams to ensure smooth and timely closings • Monitor deal pipeline and track business development activity within assigned territory • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, referrals, and revenue activity • Ensure compliance with our policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices What We’re Looking For • Relationship-driven and revenue-focused • Professional, confident communicator with strong presentation skills • Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment • Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented • Comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously Qualifications • Established book of business in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania • Proven ability to generate new business through relationship-based selling • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory Performance Expectations • Consistent generation of new title orders and revenue growth • Expansion and retention of referral relationships • Active participation in networking and business development events • Effective collaboration with our internal operations teams • Maintenance of professional standards and client satisfaction Work Environment & Travel • Remote, territory-based role • Regular local travel required for client meetings and networking events • Evening or weekend attendance at industry functions What We Offer • Operate with a high level of independence and autonomy — you own your relationships and results • Earn more through a performance-driven compensation structure with no artificial income caps • Join an inclusive, collaborative culture that values professionalism, integrity, and long-term relationships • Work remotely while staying connected to a strong operational support team • Focus on relationship-based selling, not transactional volume • Grow with a company that supports expansion, initiative, and career advancement Who Thrives Here You are a relationship-builder who enjoys being in the field, creating trust, and driving long-term business partnerships.You thrive in a revenue-focused role where performance, consistency, and professionalism are valued — and where growth is driven by relationships, not volume alone.
