Member Engagement Specialist - (Remote - US)

As a Member Engagement Specialist, you’ll use your communication and relationship-building skills to educate individuals on the program’s benefits and encourage participation. You'll engage with members across various channels, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset. This is a highly impactful position for someone who thrives in a mission-driven, performance-focused environment.Accountabilities:
Reach out to potential members via phone, email, or other channels to explain program benefits and encourage enrollment
Build rapport through active listening and personalized communication to foster trust and connection
Consistently meet or exceed engagement and enrollment targets based on team metrics
Maintain professionalism in all communications and document interactions in compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations
Share member feedback with internal teams and leadership to improve outreach strategy and member experience
Support internal initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role
Background in healthcare, wellness, or population health management is a plus
Experience with CRM systems and contact center software is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate effectively
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency preferred
Availability for flexible work hours including evenings and weekends when needed
Ability to work in a remote, hybrid, or in-person HIPAA-compliant environment
