Key Responsibilities:
Process and record incoming payments accurately in our system, ensuring timely and efficient transaction processing.
Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is current and correct.
Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner, promoting prompt payments.
Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients as necessary, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
Organize and file financial documents systematically for easy retrieval, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Transcribe data from various sources into databases while ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies related to accounts receivable, promoting a team-oriented approach.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the finance team, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an accounts receivable or similar role is preferred, but not required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping, ensuring high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, promoting flexibility and adaptability.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
