- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay up to date on product and service offerings to effectively assist customers.
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve overall customer experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
