Brings deep expertise in data analysis, business process modeling, and stakeholder collaboration. Has played a key role in multiple Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives and is well-versed in Agile project delivery. Core Competencies Data Analysis & SQL: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Comfortable writing SQL queries for data profiling, validation, and reporting to support business decisions. MDM Project Exposure: Experience in defining and implementing MDM rules including match and merge logic, survivorship strategies, and data quality standards. Collaborates with data stewards and governance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems. Agile Project Delivery: Active contributor in Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Familiar with Scrum and Kanban methodologies. JIRA & User Story Creation: Proficient in using JIRA for backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and issue resolution. Skilled in writing clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios for MDM and data-centric projects. Stakeholder Engagement: Works closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, validate data rules, and ensure alignment with business goals. Documentation & Communication: Strong documentation skills including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and data dictionaries. Communicates effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
