What To Expect
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Materials Planner to manage the planning and coordination of both internally manufactured and externally procured parts. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth supply chain operations, overseeing fulfillment in the Southwest and Orange County/San Diego (OC/SD) regions, and supporting various projects, including product launches, R&D initiatives, and VIP customer requirements.

This position can sit out of any of the following locations: Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; Sugarland, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Draper, UT; Las Vegas, NV; Denver, CO.

What You'll Do
• Develop and execute materials planning strategies for both in-house manufactured and externally procured parts
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure materials availability to meet production and fulfillment schedules
• Oversee the fulfillment process for the Southwest and OC/SD regions, ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished goods
• Work closely with logistics, warehousing, and distribution teams to streamline supply chain operations
• Address and resolve fulfillment challenges, proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions
• Partner with Product Development & R&D teams to align materials planning with product launches and innovation projects
• Analyze supply chain data to improve forecasting, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency

What You'll Bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, procurement, or production planning
• Experience working with both internal manufacturing and external suppliers
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
