Facebook Ads Manager for Local Bar and Physical Product Promotion

I’m looking for an experienced Facebook / Instagram Ads Manager to manage paid ad campaigns for two businesses: ShutBall – a physical backyard / party lawn game The Ship Bar & Grill – a high-traffic local bar & restaurant This role is results-driven. I’m not looking for boosted posts or basic social media management. What I need you to handle: Create and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns Develop high-converting ad creatives (static images + short-form video) Write compelling ad copy (hooks, headlines, CTAs) Use or work with AI creative tools (AdCreative.ai, Creatify, ChatGPT, etc.) Launch, test, and optimize ads weekly Track and report results (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, foot-traffic impact) Campaign Types: ShutBall: product sales, impulse buys, seasonal promos Bar/Restaurant: happy hour, wing nights, events, live music, promos Platforms: Meta Ads Manager (Facebook + Instagram) Experience with e-commerce AND local business ads is a major plus Ideal Candidate: Proven results running Meta ads Strong creative mindset (scroll-stopping visuals & hooks) Understands offers, urgency, and local vs. national audiences Comfortable using AI tools to move fast Tests multiple creatives and angles — not just one ad Budget: Starting with a trial project Ongoing weekly or monthly work for the right person To Apply: Please include: Examples of Facebook/Instagram ads you’ve run Results (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, or foot-traffic impact) Tools you use (AdCreative.ai, Creatify, ChatGPT, Meta tools, etc.) Your approach to launching: a new physical product a local bar promotion Do not apply if you only boost posts or don’t use Meta Ads Manager.
