We are is assisting one of our client with their search for an Marketplace Manager (Amazon & Tiktok).
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Amazon is a non-negotiable channel for us — we're targeting $1.5-2M from the platform in 2026. TikTok Shop is next. We need someone who lives in these platforms and knows how to build and scale a brand presence from the ground up.
THE ROLE
You own our Amazon and TikTok Shop channels — from listings and PPC to reviews and inventory. You're not managing a portfolio of brands. You're focused on us, building the foundation that turns these channels into significant revenue drivers.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Build and optimize Amazon listings (titles, bullets, A+ Content, backend search terms)
- Manage Amazon PPC — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and display
- Coordinate FBA inventory levels and avoid stockouts on hero SKUs
- Enroll and manage Amazon Vine review program
- Set up and manage TikTok Shop — listings, content integration, shop optimization
- Monitor competitor landscape and surface ranking opportunities
- Report weekly on marketplace performance vs. targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central — not just familiarity, hands-on ownership
- Proven PPC results — you know how to balance ACoS and growth
- Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools
TikTok Shop experience a strong plus
- Data-driven — you make decisions based on numbers, not guesses
- Available 20-30 hours a week
NICE TO HAVE
- Beauty or wellness category experience on Amazon
- Agency background — you're used to moving fast
TikTok Shop launch experience
- Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and Vine from scratch
