You'll be the backbone of our operations, managing everything from invoices and contracts to vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating team activities, and maintaining calendars for the marketing department.
Manage document processing, including contracts, invoices, marketing collateral inventory, and the organization of digital assets.
Prepare presentations for weekly syncs and meetups.
Provide ad-hoc support to the CMO as needed.
Project Management & Analytics:
Support the management of marketing projects by tracking timelines, updating project management tools, and coordinating tasks among team members.
Track marketing campaigns and compile reports.
Event Management:
Handle logistics for in-person team meetups, including booking venues, arranging equipment, and coordinating with vendors.
Organize virtual team gatherings.
Order swag and merchandise for team meetings.
Communication Liaison:
Facilitate communication between departments such as design, legal, finance, and HR to ensure seamless collaboration on marketing-related tasks.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Management, International Business, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a marketing assistant, coordinator, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various internal teams and external vendors.
Highly organized, responsible, and a quick learner.
