This role is perfect for someone with a background in finance consulting (e.g. Capgemini Invent, Accenture, or similar), who combines strong analytical skills with the ability to write insightful blog posts and is eager to apply that expertise to content workflows, automation, and AI integration. Responsibilities
Automate & scale content creation : Identify and implement use cases for generative AI and automation tools across our content lifecycle (e.g., blog refreshes, email flows, social media copywriting, asset generation).
Own content production : Independently craft high-quality content assets including blog articles, customer stories, landing pages, email sequences, and social posts that drive awareness and pipeline growth.
Maintain and optimize the content library : Oversee the maintenance, enrichment, and performance of existing French and English (UK/US) content (surveys, ebooks, testimonials, etc.), ensuring freshness and accuracy.
Adapt global content to the French market : Localize and tailor content and campaigns (web pages, marketing assets, etc.) to ensure relevance and resonance with local audiences.
Support performance-driven content strategy : Analyze content performance, track key KPIs (traffic, leads, engagement, conversion), and make recommendations for optimization and reuse.
Stay ahead of the curve : Monitor trends in content marketing, automation, AI, and the finance sector to bring new ideas and improvements to our workflows. Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a consulting, finance, or transformation role (e.g. Capgemini Invent, Deloitte, or similar).
Solid grasp of corporate finance or treasury-related topics — or strong curiosity and willingness to learn fast.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
Strategic thinker with a performance mindset and a content-to-conversion perspective.
Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working cross-functionally in a distributed, fast-paced environment.
Native French speaker, with excellent written and spoken English.
Based in Lyon (Agicap HQ) or open to relocation.
Nice to have: Familiarity with tools like Notion, Contentful, Asana, Hubspot, Looker, Figma, Slack, ChatGPT/Claude, or n8n + Prior experience in content marketing, editorial operations, or marketing automation.
