Our marketing team is growing, and we're looking for a creative, energetic individual who can help bring our brand to life through visual storytelling, content creation, and memorable event experiences. About the Role We're seeking a dynamic individual who's passionate about photography, videography, and event coordination, and who thrives in front of a camera or crowd. This role will play a key part in how our brand shows up online and in person-from social media content to trade shows and events. Responsibilities • Capture and create high-quality photo and video content for use across digital platforms, campaigns, and product launches • Edit and produce engaging, on-brand visual content using tools like Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc. • Be a confident on-camera presence for brand videos, social content, and live appearances • Represent the brand at events and trade shows; assist with planning, setup, coordination, and hosting • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas • Ensure all media aligns with brand standards and communicates our values effectively • Travel as needed for events and shoots (including some weekends) • Manage scheduling and content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc. • Comfortable being outside, camping, offroading, etc. to shoot authentic content for OK4WD Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in photography, videography, and editing (portfolio required) • Comfortable and confident on camera and in public speaking settings • Experience planning, organizing, or coordinating events (professional or volunteer) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.) • Strong storytelling and creative direction skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines • Ability to be onsite M-F in Stewartsville, NJ with a willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on event needs • Extroverted and ability to collaborate with all departments across the firm Bonus Points • Experience working in an outdoor / overland / automotive market • Experience with social media management or influencer marketing • Drone operation or product photography skills Why Join Us? • Creative, collaborative work environment • Opportunities to travel and attend exciting industry events • Room for growth and creative input • Competitive salary and benefits package Apply tot his job
