# Church Documentation - $150-200/Location - Tourist Phone Filming β’ *Tourist-style filming with your phone** - Visit as a tourist, follow my shot list. Day trips only from your location. Include entry/parking fees in proposal for reimbursement. If you own a phone gimbal, $50 bonus. ## Requirements - Phone with 4K video (iPhone 6s/Samsung S6 or newer) - Film on sunny day for interior light - Check church is open before visiting - 12 files x 5min each = 60min total - Name files: ChurchName_1A_Approach.mp4 etc. ## Shot List ### EXTERIOR (3 files) β’ *1A_Approach:** Film walking from visitor approach to main door. 30sec full building view, then approach slowly. β’ *1B_Features:** Close-ups: doorways, windows, buttresses, towers, carvings. Include 1min of people entering for scale. β’ *1C_Perimeter:** Walk around entire building if possible, consistent distance showing full structure. ### MAIN INTERIOR (3 files) β’ *2A_Entry:** Start outside, enter slowly, pause in entry area, walk 1/3 into nave, **turn and film back toward entrance 30sec**. β’ *2B_Nave:** Walk full length center aisle to altar, **turn and film back to entrance**, return via side aisle. Include 20-30sec stationary shots from 3 positions. β’ *2C_Crossing:** Film from nave into crossing, walk in, **turn and film back to nave**. Film both transepts, altar area, choir if visible. ### DETAILS (3 files) β’ *3A_Ceiling:** All upward shots. Overall ceiling system, vaults from columns, ribs, domes, painted details. β’ *3B_Columns:** Full height shots, capitals, bases, where arches spring, decorative patterns, progression down nave. β’ *3C_Windows:** All major windows, stained glass overall and details, light patterns on floor/walls, tracery, different styles. ### SECONDARY (3 files) β’ *4A_Chapels:** Side chapels (20sec each), **film back toward nave from inside**, ambulatory walk, crypts, baptistry, cloisters. β’ *4B_Details:** Close-ups: sculptures, tombs, floor patterns, wood/metal work, fonts, pulpits, frescoes.
