Marketing Associate Sr, Strategic Partnerships

Purpose of Role Responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives that support B2B partner growth, brand visibility, and revenue generation through best-in-class event execution, business development marketing support, and high-impact creative asset development within a regulated financial services environment. Key Responsibilities and Expectations Develops and executes a comprehensive national event strategy across in-person, virtual, and small-group formats, including tradeshows, partner events, executive roundtables, and speaking engagements. Leads end-to-end event planning and execution, including logistics, messaging, presentation alignment, speaker coordination, and post-event performance analysis. Partners with sales and marketing leadership to support business development initiatives, including lead generation, nurturing strategies, onboarding support, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs. Collaborates cross-functionally to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with company strategy, OKRs, and growth priorities. Owns partner and sales team marketing asset development from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with brand, compliance, and business objectives. Manages marketing asset delivery platforms, including asset inventory, organization, and governance to ensure ease of access and scalability. Monitors and analyzes asset usage and engagement data to provide reporting, insights, and recommendations on asset effectiveness and optimization. Recommends and evolves asset types and formats based on partner needs, performance data, and business objectives. Works closely with creative teams to clearly communicate direction, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials. Contributes to the development and optimization of marketing programs that drive partner engagement, awareness, and pipeline growth. Analyzes campaign and event performance to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensures all marketing activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements specific to the mortgage and financial services industry. Remains informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving regulatory requirements to inform marketing strategies. Supports team initiatives and collaborates across departments to achieve broader marketing and organizational goals. Performs other duties as assigned. Reports To Director, Wholesale Marketing Qualifications - Experience/Skills/Competencies Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on event strategy, B2B marketing, or business development support. Demonstrated experience planning and executing national events, tradeshows, and multi-channel marketing initiatives. Experience supporting B2B growth strategies, including lead generation, nurturing campaigns, onboarding, and account-based marketing. Proven ability to manage marketing asset development and collaborate effectively with creative teams. Experience working in mortgage, financial services, or other highly regulated industries preferred. Strong understanding of marketing compliance, advertising guidelines, and regulatory considerations. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and take on evolving responsibilities as business needs change. Compensation The base salary range for this position is ($72,400 - $108,600) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
