The role leads end‑to‑end initiatives: from modeling and scenario analysis through implementation, in close partnership with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Linehaul, and Technology. Develop and maintain optimization models: Build, calibrate, and improve decision‑support models for network performance. Turn data into improvement: Analyze large datasets to identify inefficiencies and drive actionable, continuous improvements in cost, service levels, and capacity utilization. Run multiple programs to plan: Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met across concurrent initiatives. Advance tools and communicate with clarity: Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and methodologies for network optimization, and present insights, recommendations, and business cases to senior and executive leaders. Measure what matters: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor network health and efficiency. Paving your way to your success: You demonstrate ownership and autonomously drive large‑scale, complex projects across multiple workstreams. You build cross‑functional alignment with Engineering, Operations, Real Estate, IT, and Finance, influencing decisions at all levels. You understand logistics and transportation network dynamics and balance throughput, cost, and scalability. You identify risks early, create mitigation plans, and pivot with urgency to resolve blockers in time‑sensitive environments. You sweat the details while translating long‑term strategy into executable action plans with clear KPIs.
