Ensure all PepsiCo products are consistently displayed and stocked in retail stores within the Rive-Nord region. Conduct regular store visits to check product availability, placement, and promotional displays. Build relationships with store managers and staff to ensure PepsiCo products are given priority and properly promoted. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with relevant teams to ensure timely restocking and replenishment. Identify sales opportunities and make recommendations for product placement and promotions to drive sales. Maintain accurate records of store visits, product placement, and inventory levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and marketing, to execute merchandising strategies and initiatives. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Adhere to all merchandising guidelines and standards set by PepsiCo. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform merchandising strategies. Participate in training and development programs to enhance merchandising skills and knowledge. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties. Communicate any issues or challenges to management and actively work towards finding solutions.
