Managing Consultant - Finance Transformation

Job Description: • By joining our rapidly growing Business Transformation practice (and working closely with our Private Equity practice) you will serve as a trusted partner to our premiere PE-backed clients. • You’ll bring your first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored integrated solutions that help our PE-backed clients solve today's challenges and drive value creation. • With support from experienced leaders and a dedicated coach, you will join a collaborative community that invites you to contribute beyond the scope of client delivery, including team development and participating in business development activities. • If you enjoy business transformation and driving value creation in the fast-paced world of Private Equity, this is a unique opportunity to become part of our growing and collaborative team! Requirements: • Experience delivering to middle-market Private Equity Sponsors and their portfolio companies • Knowledge of end-to-end Office of CFO (FP&A, Accounting, etc.) • Experience executing on end-to-end transformation services across people, process and technology • Experience in working with transactions and related integration activities • Experience delivering in high pace environments with competing priorities and multiple key stakeholders • Experience conversing with the Controllership/Accounting and FP&A teams • Experience with agile methodologies • Expertise of Microsoft Excel (e.g., macros, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint • Knowledge of financial systems and data analytics and related tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Intacct, Dynamics, Adaptive, Coupa, OneStream, Floqast, Blackline, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL) a plus • Experience mentoring and developing team members Benefits: Apply tot his job
