Manager - Strategic Sourcing Compliance

Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement proactive strategies to mitigate risks.
Build relationships across diverse teams, from internal stakeholders to industry associations, while staying at the cutting edge of global sustainability practices and standards.
Manage Hachs sustainability reporting platforms like EcoVadis, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance in sustainability disclosures.
Work closely with Trade Compliance and Legal Counsel teams to interpret policies, and implement actions that ensure compliance with international regulations.
Requirements:
10+ years of supply chain experience (preferred)
Masters degree in... business administration or supply chain management (preferred)
Background in ESG, sustainability, and global compliance frameworks
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to collaborate across functions and influence change
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
