Rodan + Fields is seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Influencer Marketing & PR to elevate the brand profile, grow awareness across earned channels and strengthen our cultural presence through influencers, PR and events. This role will be responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of influencer, PR and event strategies, managing our agency partners and ensuring impactful delivery against business objectives.The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on who is a natural storyteller who thrives at building authentic relationships, has a strong understanding of the influencer and media landscape and knows how to bring brand moments to life through execution. Key Responsibilities Influencer & PR
• Own strategy execution for all influencer and PR activity across brand campaigns, product innovation, and cultural tentpoles.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with agency partners, ensuring delivery against scope of work, KPIs and brand standards.
• Lead influencer content briefs/development and partnerships to generate authentic brand advocacy and drive EMV
• Co partner with agency to develop strategies to drive full funnel influencer strategies against key brand priorities, moments and innovation
• Lead the execution of influencer seeding programs
• Develop, manage and execute product launch communications including press releases, PR mailers/kits and event activations in partnership with agency.
• Cultivate relationships with beauty, lifestyle and trade media, as well as key influencers, to elevate R+F’s reputation as the #1 Female Dermatologist-Founded Brand
• Monitor media, influencer and cultural trends to keep R+F integrated in relevant conversations and ahead of the curve.
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Social and Creative to build integrated 360-degree marketing plans.
• Measure, analyze and report on campaign and coverage performance, including EMV, media impressions, sentiment and ROI.
Events & Activations
• Plan and execute press events, influencer activations and brand experiences (IRL and virtual) from concept through execution with agency.
• Own internal alignment and communications for all events, ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders.
• Manage spokesperson programs, including dermatologist partners, in collaboration with agency.
Internal Communications
• Support Leadership Team and HR on internal communications initiatives, including memos, presentations and employee updates to reinforce company priorities and milestones.
• Collaborate on corporate events and product launches with communications materials and messaging support.
• Assist with crisis and issues communications in partnership with leadership.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree and 5 years experience; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in influencer marketing, PR or brand communications, ideally in beauty, wellness or consumer lifestyle.
• Proven track record in managing agencies and executing PR and influencer campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Passionate about beauty, wellness and cultural trends with a pulse on the evolving influencer and media landscape.
• Exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Knowledge of dermatology/skincare category is a plus.

Salary Range: $89,600 - $145,000 The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, to geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs.
