About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Peoplesoft Production Support Analyst, Treasury Support (Mid-Level) to join us. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Analyst to provide critical operations and production support and functional expertise for our Treasury excel based recording and PeopleSoft systems, with a specific focus on our server-based Peoplesoft 9.1 environment. This role is essential for ensuring the accurate capture of investments, proper application of accounting rules for cash AR entries and investments and Lines of Credit (LOC) invoices, and reconciliation in PeopleSoft. The Functional Analyst will serve as a primary point of contact for end-user issues, system configuration, troubleshooting, and minor enhancements related to investments, working closely with Treasury, Cash & Deal, Operations, AR and IT teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide daily functional support to end users in Treasury department for pre-processing of data and preparation for input into Peoplesoft Treasury and Deal modules.
• Lead and support the configuration, testing, and implementation of changes in Peoplesoft Treasury and Deal module and accounting reconciliations.
• Assist in PeopleSoft production close processes, including:
• Running and excel to CI interfaces and accounting entry generation
• Supporting the generation and distribution of cash and investments performance reports.
• Resolve trade data entry errors.
• Analyzing interface issue with investments excel to CI
• Involve in Oracle cloud implementation project.
• Develop and execute complex ad-hoc queries using reporting tool to support transactional and treasury data analysis for business users.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system and interface issues and ensure integration points function as expected.
• Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in the documentation of business processes, configurations, and system modifications.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Data Analytics, information systems, or a related field
• Five (5) or more years of relevant experience

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting end users in Treasury department.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting multiple PeopleSoft/ERP modules.
• Strong knowledge of investments and data reconciliation with experience in financial data reconciliation
• Extensive experience with creating and managing complex analytical reports.
• Demonstrated experience supporting ERP/Peoplesoft Treasury Cash and Deal.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirements:
• Progression in CFA or other finance professional certifications.
• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 and Oracle cloud
• Familiarity with integration tools and reporting tools
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Project Costing module

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Fingerprint background investigation.
