What You’ll Do
Lead Analytics & Insights Programs
• Drive end-to-end delivery of analytics initiatives—from intake to deployment
• Collaborate with data leads, operations teams, and developers to build scalable data solutions
• Provide support for KPI design and ad hoc analytics to enable data-driven decision-making
Deliver Technical Solutions
• Partner with technology teams to define and execute innovative data capabilities
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation for database development
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, and monitor progress using JIRA
• Build Cross-Functional Relationships
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on enterprise analytics capabilities
• Share best practices to improve operational efficiency across teams
• Foster strong relationships with business operations and compliance teams to align on goals and strategies
• What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in analytics, data analysis, or business systems analysis
• Hands-on SQL and data tool expertise; strong knowledge of database architecture and data warehousing
• Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industries preferred
• Proven track record managing technical projects and producing high-quality documentation
• Familiarity with tools like Databricks, SQL Server, Azure, SSIS/SSAS, Salesforce, Oracle/SAP
