This role includes people management responsibilities, with the B2B Marketing Campaign Specialist reporting directly to this position. This role will help lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs that generate qualified leads and pipeline across the North American market.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand and accelerate pipeline across commercial segments in North AmericaManage and support the B2B Marketing Campaign Specialist, ensuring campaign execution meets goals and deadlinesDefine campaign strategy, audience targeting and lead nurturing programs in partnership with marketing opsOwn campaign calendars, brief development, performance analysis and reportingCollaborate with sales and RevOps to build and run ABM programs that target high-value accounts and drive engagement across key stages of the buyer journeyCoordinate closely with internal teams responsible for SEO, PPC, content and events to support unified campaign executionSupport quarterly planning, forecasting and KPI reportingPartner with product marketing to ensure campaign messaging is on-brand and aligned with positioningCreate compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences, including emails, landing pages, ads, blogs, industry reports, webinars and other materialsRequirements5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation and campaign strategy for SaaS or cybersecurity companiesProven track record of planning and executing multi-channel marketing programs that generate pipeline and influence revenueProficient in HubSpot and Salesforce; experience with tools like Demandbase, ZoomInfo and Salesloft a plusExperience managing or mentoring direct reports with a focus on development and performanceExcellent communication, project management and collaboration skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and recommend improvementsFamiliarity with marketing best practices across paid and owned channels, even if not directly managing themComfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and scale campaign execution with oversight on tone and accuracyBenefitsMedical, Dental Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships)Employer Paid Life Insurance Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental lifeVoluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance401K (Roth/Traditional)A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc)Above market annual bonusesKeeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
