Virtual Customer Service Representative

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month Job description: TrueAlly Services Pvt Ltd is a healthcare KPO based in India with operations in Haryana and Kolkata, specializing in Behavioral Health services for the US market. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Doctor's Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the doctor to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and attention. Your responsibilities will include performing administrative tasks, assisting with patient exams, and maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for helping others. • Take patient vitals, record patient medical history and chief complaint. • Schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding test results and other matters. • Communicate with patients regarding medication instructions and other medical concerns. • Onboarding and registering new patients to the practice. • Maintain accurate patient records, including updating medical charts and entering data into electronic health records. • Provide support to the doctor in completing administrative tasks as required • Other duties as assigned.
