UX writer

We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions. Were looking for a talented UX Writer to join our growing team. At EMCD , we believe words are as important as design when shaping user experiences. You will craft clear, concise, and user-friendly copy that helps our users navigate complex technologies with ease. Key Responsibilities: Write interface copy for our app and website in English Create content for system emails, push notifications, SMS, banners, release notes, and chat messages Dive into UX and product details, asking the right questions of developers and product managers Collaborate with designers and suggest meaningful improvements to the interface Work closely with localization and marketing teams; occasionally with compliance and legal teams Participate in UX research to validate hypotheses and improve user experience Follow EMCD style guides, refine product tone of voice, maintain the glossary, and ensure consistency across platforms. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in UX writing, with a strong understanding of UX and product design principles Native-level English proficiency; Russian from B1 A portfolio demonstrating excellent UX Writing skills Familiarity with the crypto or fintech domain Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with developers and cross-functional teams Working knowledge of Figma and Miro Experience with translation management systems (PoEditor, Crowdin, Localise, Weblate, Phrase, etc.) Basic knowledge of AP style and plain language principles Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (and we really mean it). Nice to have: Experience in fintech, Web3, regulated industries, and/or international products Previous experience working in cross-functional teams Familiarity with analytics and ability to test and evaluate interface copy effectiveness Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge (we run weekly design team trainings) Knowledge of Russian is a plus What We Offer: We operate as a remote-first company, and you can work from anywhere in the world without location constraints.
