Manager, App Dev & Support

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager of App Development and Support to join our team at Conduent. You will be responsible for the development and support of various mobile and web applications for our customers. We are looking for someone who is a creative problem solver and has a passion for developing innovative solutions for customers.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in web and mobile application development and support. You should be proficient in various coding languages, such as HTML, Java, and JavaScript, and be familiar with the latest industry trends. Utilize industry trends and coding languages such as HTML, Java, and JavaScript to create innovative solutions. Manage projects and ensure successful completion. Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders. Monitor customer feedback and provide solutions to issues. Create and maintain documentation for applications and processes. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a unified customer experience. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes accordingly. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
