We also promote a healthy work-life balance and personal development. **A Day in the Life of an Order Management Specialist** As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting both our Account Managers and our customers. Your tasks will include: * Coordinating orders and ensuring timely delivery * Processing and submitting customer quotes * Investigating and resolving customer concerns * Answering phone calls and responding to emails * Providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex problems You will be the face of blithequark, and your professionalism and kindness will make all the difference in building strong relationships with our customers. You will be patient, friendly, and always put yourself in the customer's shoes, listening carefully to their needs and following through on commitments. **Qualifications for an Order Management Specialist** * 2 years of customer service experience * Experience in the fastener, distribution, or manufacturing industries is helpful * Exceptional customer service and phone skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment * Creative problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities We will train the right person in the technical aspects of our business.
