Machine Operator I

JOB SUMMARY: The Machine Operator I is responsible for operating a variety of manufacturing equipment under supervision. This role ensures production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities: Operate assigned equipment efficiently and accurately. Ensure production targets and schedules are met. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications. Promptly notify the Machine Group Leader of any quality issues or deviations. Report equipment malfunctions or downtime to the Group Leader immediately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols and using appropriate protective equipment. Support other team members and departments as needed. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with component identification and IPC-A-610 standards. Ability to follow detailed written instructions and work with hand tools. Strong multitasking and time management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
