**Experienced Customer Experience & Partnership Specialist – Arenaflex – Remote**

As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic and supportive community. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience & Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Handling all aspects of customer experience, including content and emails sent to subscribers, customer service inquiries, and finding ways to improve engagement * Identifying and conducting tests to get subscribers "sharing" their Arenaflex account with family and friends * Launching and managing the Arenaflex affiliate program with moms, teenagers, and retired individuals * Business development outreach to financial advisors, lawyers, and life insurance agents to add Arenaflex as a valuable resource for their clients * Conducting weekly product research with friends and colleagues to gather feedback and inform our product positioning for each demographic * Creating written materials and images for customer emails and other communications * Working individually and as part of a small team to share workload and achieve goals **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in customer experience, partnerships, and/or entrepreneurship or working for a rapidly growing startup * Passion and work ethic to be an entrepreneur and excited to join the founding team of an innovative company * Experience with metrics-driven goals and achieving those objectives * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write articulate and convincing emails * Energetic, positive, and resilient attitude, with a willingness to try new approaches and overcome challenges * Effective problem-solving, multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Understanding of the mindset of a parent and ability to "live the brand" * Experience with affiliate marketing and business development outreach * Familiarity with product positioning and market research * Strong creative writing and visual design skills **Compensation and Benefits** * $70K - $80K annual base salary, depending on experience * Future equity possible * $125.00/month work-from-home subsidy * Paid vacation, sick, and public holidays * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Accident & Disability coverage * Health Savings and Flexible Savings Accounts * 401k Plan with annual company match * Up to $300 pet adoption reimbursement **Working Hours and Location** * 9:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday * Remote position, with flexibility to work from anywhere If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at Arenaflex.
