Experienced Customer Service Representative – Pet Pharmacy Support

About theRole: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
