Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced LPCC-S to join our team as an independent contractor. This role combines clinical service provision with the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to other licensed and pre-licensed counselors. This position is ideal for professionals who value flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to shape a growing team of mental health providers.

Responsibilities
• Conduct individual, family, or group therapy with children, adolescents, and/or families
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to LPCCs, LPCs, or other mental health clinicians
• Review and co-sign documentation when necessary
• Ensure ethical and clinical best practices are upheld within supervision
• Assist in developing treatment planning strategies and case conceptualization for supervisees
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Ohio state requirements
• Option to provide virtual supervision and therapy services

Qualifications

✅ Active Ohio license: LPCC-S (Supervisory designation required)
✅ Minimum 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure
✅ Prior supervision experience preferred but not required
✅ Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices
✅ Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
✅ Experience with telehealth is a plus
