Looking for Part- Time Contract Therapist (Virtual; 15 sessions weekly)

Role Description:

· Maintain confidentiality of client records and treatment information.

· Build rapport and encourage clients to express their feelings, discussing their lives and helping them gain insight into their emotions and relationships.

· Conduct psychosocial assessments during intake through interviews, observation, and assessments.

· Assess clients for risk of harm to self or others.

· Complete client-related paperwork, including mandated forms, diagnostic records, and progress notes.

· Utilize an Electronic Health Records system (Therapy Notes) for progress notes, telehealth appointments, calendar management, and assessments.

· Provide clients with community referrals, resources, and recommendations for further growth as needed.

· Work comfortably with a diverse clientele, especially individuals and couples.

Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a Counseling-related field.

· Licensed (or provisionally licensed) in North Carolina for counseling, clinical social work, MFT, or psychology.

· No current ethical or legal issues with licensing boards or governing entities.

· Strong ability to build rapport, engage meaningfully during sessions, maintain a high standard of integrity, and provide excellent customer service.

Pay Tiers:

Individual Sessions

$50 minimum

$60 median

$70 maximum

Group, Family, or Couples Sessions

$80 minimum

$90 median

$100 maximum

Non-Clinical Supervision Meeting

$35 per meeting

Pay will be based on factors such as experience, licensure status, additional certifications, and languages spoken. All new hires will start at the minimum pay tier during the 90-day provisional period.
