Associate Manager, DashMart - Vendor Management
About the position Responsibilities • Own the strategy for emerging sourcing models and vendor relationships. • Work with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities to optimize product sourcing. • Develop mechanisms to ensure customer needs are met and drive vendor performance. • Create and deliver strategic vendor plans to enhance supply chain performance. • Build programmatic solutions to achieve sourcing efficiencies. Requirements • 4-6+ years of experience in merchandising, vendor/account management, data analytics, e-commerce, or consulting. • Strong ownership mentality with a bias for action and contingency planning. • Analytical skills to navigate complex data sets and proficiency in Excel and SQL. • Bachelor's Degree completed. Nice-to-haves • Experience in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous data. • Ability to influence and shape strategies across various stakeholders.
