Maintain a friendly and professional tone, adapting to different customer personalities. * **Collaboration and Reporting:** Work closely with the customer service team and other departments to relay customer feedback and enhance service offerings. Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. * **Continuous Improvement:** Engage in ongoing training and professional development to improve personal and team performance.
