Role
We are looking for a Localization Solutions Engineer to support Global Lingo's Operations team during US/America hours. In this part-time, remote role based in Argentina, you will play a pivotal part in facilitating localisation processes and ensuring seamless workflow execution for a global client base.
The role will involve supporting the Operations team by addressing technical questions related to the localisation workflow, as well as troubleshooting and maintaining LLM-based pipelines and automations.
It will also include providing architectural and technical support for TMS-related issues, carrying out localization engineering tasks such as occasional file preparation and file-related troubleshooting, and assisting the team with any DTP-related questions or issues as they arise.

5+ years of experience in the localisation/translation industryDeep knowledge and understanding of the main localisation concepts and workflowsExtensive experience with Phrase TMS is a mustExperience with at least one iPass/Orchestration/Automation platform such as Blackbird, n8n or otherExposure to LLM-based localisation workflows and API integrations2+ year experience in a localization engineering roleKnowledge of DTP practices and formats (Adobe suite, Figma, Canva, etc.)Rudimentary coding skills (ability to create simple scripts in Python, VBA, Javascript, etc.).
Preferred (nice to have):
Basic knowledge of PlunetKnowledge of eLearning software and workflows (Articulate Rise and Storyline)Experience with CrowdinExperience with subtitling and AI Voiceover workflows
