Responsibilities
Interact with customers via live chat platforms to provide prompt and effective resolution of inquiries and issues
Deliver high-quality customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and providing appropriate and timely solutions
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to address a wide range of customer inquiries
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex customer issues and escalate them as necessary
Assist with order processing, payment inquiries, and product recommendations
Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns
Provide accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system
Requirements
Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple concurrent chat conversations
Proficiency in navigating and utilizing live chat systems and CRM platforms
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to empathize with customers and adapt to a wide range of customer personalities and situations
High school diploma or equivalent
