Junior Content Administrator
About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Junior Content Admin to support our Account Management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys handling a variety of tasks, and is eager to learn about content operations in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key part in keeping Eleven's production operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: ↳ Assist with recruitment tasks, including outreach on LinkedIn and initial assessments of inbound/Upwork candidates. ↳ Maintain and update supplier databases, including reviewing previous contributions and contacting contributors for permissions. ↳ Support the creation and organization of content briefs, with oversight and review from senior team members. ↳ Help with outreach for expert quotes and sources for content pieces. ↳ Assist with publishing duties, such as getting approved blogs live on client sites. ↳ Conduct outreach to journalists, influencers, and potential interviewees for larger content projects (e.g., eBooks, reports). ↳ Handle various administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding. What We’re Looking For: ↳ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ↳ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. ↳ Basic understanding of websites and CMS systems; experience with publishing content is a plus. ↳ Familiarity with SEO concepts is helpful, but not required. ↳ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ↳ Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. ↳ Experience with outreach (e.g., LinkedIn, email) is a plus. Nice to Have: ↳ Experience working with creative, marketing, or brand teams. ↳ Previous work in content operations, publishing, or digital marketing. ↳ Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
