POSITION PURPOSE:
The Litigation Psychology Assistant manages and prioritizes client requests, communication and scheduling on behalf of the consultant they support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails and correspondence on consultants behalf
2. Managing the consultants calendar, including scheduling meetings, speaking engagements and projects
3. Booking and scheduling travel consultant travel arrangements
4. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, including consultant time and expenses
5. Perform minor accounting duties, including budget letters, retainers, invoices and payments
6. Provide project assistance and other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Associate or Bachelors degree in related field or relative experience
• Minimum three (3) years admin or other relative experience;
• Professional communication skills;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Ability work independently to achieve goals and targets;
• Ability to organize and prioritize work;
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department and corporate goals;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers;
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment;
