Position Overview We're seeking exceptional professionals to join our team as Business Coaches or Life Coaches. As a CoCaptain Coach, you'll have the opportunity to work with clients from all over the world, conducting live virtual coaching sessions that are tailored to their unique needs and goals. Key Responsibilities Conduct live virtual coaching sessions with clients via the CoCaptain platform, applying your unique coaching method or pedagogy to ensure effective and productive sessions. Meet with clients to discuss their goals, challenges, and progress, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives. Develop and implement customized coaching plans that cater to the individual needs of each client. Establish and maintain a professional and supportive relationship with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and research to continuously improve your coaching skills and services.
