Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our Mortgage Department to offer P&C insurance solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Leverage your expertise to guide clients in selecting appropriate insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, loan officers, and other key stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service to our expanding client base.
Drive growth by aligning insurance offerings with our financial institution's goals.
Requirements:
Active P&C insurance license (required).
Proven experience running your own P&C insurance agency or shop.
Strong understanding of P&C products, underwriting processes, and compliance.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of business development.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
