About this role We are seeking a part time Informaticist to join our Technology team on a short-term contract basis. In this role, you will help establish processes for effective informatics management, supporting improved patient outcomes and operational efficiencies. You will work closely with stakeholders across data, technology and clinical teams to ensure our informatics systems are aligned with company goals and healthcare standards. What You’ll Do • Analyze health related data to improve clinical practices, support decision making and ensure accurate data collection. • Serve as a liaison between the data curation team and the technology team to align technical capabilities with clinical needs. • Utilize data analytics and AI tools to support clinical decisions and drive innovation in healthcare delivery. • Evaluate and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and better patient outcomes. • Oversee secure data exchange between systems, ensuring data integrity and streamlined communication. • Partner with IT and our Quality Assurance support to ensure patient data is protected and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. • Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring • Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Healthcare, Information Science or Nursing) • Background in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical data. • Technical proficiency in EHRs in required. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with moderate supervision. Position Details • Job Type: Part Time Contract • Contract Duration: 2-3 months • Hours Required: Approximately 8 hours per week Total Rewards The salary estimated for this position is $40-60/hour. Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
